Abstract
Evaluation Associates helped an institutional client qualify for fiduciary protection under the Pension Protection Act of 2006. This involved working with the client to develop a qualified default investment alternative (QDIA) option with an equity/fixed-income mix that was more in line with available balanced fund options.
